Steve Riden is a reputable commercial litigator with a broad range of experience in representing corporate and individual clients in legal matters throughout the country. His expertise lies in litigating business disputes concerning fraud, noncompete agreements, trade secrets, and unfair competition, among others. Riden also has ample experience representing owners in intra-corporate disputes, such as shareholder litigation and close-corporation control matters. Before founding Beck Reed Riden LLP, he served as a senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP and started his career as a legislative aide with the Massachusetts State Senate.
