Susan Haldeman
Susan Haldeman is a talented textile and interior designer, entrepreneur, and business consultant with a passion for empowering artists and promoting sustainable, natural fibers. She studied design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and business marketing at Lasell University before establishing her own successful textile and interior design companies in Boston. In Denver, she founded The Creative Force Collaborative, a business resource center that provided workshops, art openings, and support for professional advancement. Susan continued her work in the non-profit sector and arts communities throughout Southern California before returning to textile design and founding Lady BIM Inc., where she spent six years creating hand-dyed and printed fabrics using all natural, sustainable fibers for a range of products, including home goods, clothing, and a children's clothing collection.
Today, Susan lives in Colorado and continues her textile arts and design in a new company, New Hue Textile Studio, where she explores unique combinations of colors and textures to create one-of-a-kind textiles. With her extensive experience in textile design and entrepreneurship, Susan has become a trusted consultant for non-profits, photographers, textile designers, jewelers, contemporary 2D and 3D artists. She has helped countless businesses and organizations to succeed and grow with her passion for sustainable, natural fibers and her commitment to empowering artists and creative entrepreneurs.
