Will Kivinski

Will Kivinski is a skilled professional with a background in SaaS Customer Success and Experience (CX), Recruiting, Operations & Leadership. He has extensive experience in managing teams, developing certification programs, launching products, and contributing to DEIB initiatives.

Throughout his career, Will has worked with notable companies like Google, YouTube, AdRoll, Greenhouse Software, Elemental Cognition, and currently at SeekOut. He has been a part of high-growth startups and has seen significant company expansions, from small teams to hundreds of employees.

Will's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. He also engaged in further studies at Farm School.

In his current role as Customer Education Manager at SeekOut, Will continues to leverage his expertise in Customer Success. His previous positions include Director of Support at Elemental Cognition, various roles at Greenhouse Software, and Recruiter at AdRoll.
