Nat Cobb is a retired medical epidemiologist and consultant with a diverse background that spans adventure-based education, toxicology, medicine, and epidemiology. With over 30 scientific publications, Cobb's experience includes a fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and serving as the Chief of Chronic Disease Branch for the Indian Health Service. Beyond his focus on public health, Cobb's past includes working as a river guide for Arizona Raft Adventures, an instructor and course director for Colorado Outward Bound, and serving as a member of the Board of Directors at WildEarth Guardians. Since retiring from his work with the Public Health Service, Cobb consults, writes, and volunteers with a non-profit environmental group.
