Lead the Operations, Technology and Marketing transformation of a fast growing, but operationally struggling, $100+ million business to an award winning, scalable and smooth running organization.  This was accomplished through the wholesale replacement of the company's legacy eCommerce, order management, supply chain, and fraud/authentication environments with SAP eCommerce (hybris), CommerceHub, Kount, Equifax TALX, and LexisNexis integrated solutions.  Organizationally, this allowed for self-sufficient Merchandising, Marketing and Risk areas, the creation of an eCommerce team, the birth of a new Technology organization, and massive improvements in customer experience.  This transformation was a main contributing factor that enabled the sale of the business in December, 2016.Lead the company's transition from list-based shotgun marketing to database and analytical marketing utilizing top marketing service providers and solutions. Lead the creation of the company’s client and customer service areas, in-sourcing of its package and freight logistics responsibilities, and development of its product returns process that resulted in significant improvement in cost, customer experience and satisfaction. Directly responsible for closing three top-50 new clients, spearheading new product solutions (phones, tires), and delivering approximately $60 million in increased revenue and reduced costs associated with process improvements that spanned multiple areas of the business.

Profit and loss responsibilities for LexisNexis’s Insurance Marketing Solutions business – In 2008, after successfully leading the sales, operations, product marketing, and technology activities of this unit, and strategically guiding it through the carve-out and sale of several of its product lines, was given responsibility to lead the strategic integration of the remaining multi-million dollar insurance marketing services business into LexisNexis’s insurance business unit.  In 2009, grew revenue and streamlined operations to turn the business profitable, entering 2010 with projected revenue and profit growth of 10% and 100%, respectively.

Secured over $25 million dollars in revenue and re-energizing new sales efforts from 2006-2008.  This effort resulted in a record for the highest number of new sales over a one-year period.  Developed and launched the auto-finance product resulting in first year revenue in excess of $2.5 million and second year revenue in excess of $4 millionSuccessfully assessed and integrated five acquisitions over a five-year period, expanding from a $50 million to a $100 million business.  Streamlined and consolidated best-practice operational activities, developed operations metrics and bonus plans, and reduced costs by over $400,000 per year during the first two years of integration.

Lead the Credit Marketing Services (CMS) technology group within Equifax's $150 million business, as well as profit and loss responsibility over Equifax's Credit Bureau Marketing business.  Key accomplishments included the design and implementation CMS’s Oracle financial project accounting system and the negotiation and management of an IBM outsourced relationship.
