Matt Richins is a self-managed, results-oriented, and passionate self-learner who has been in the technology sales support and leadership field for over 20 years. He has a broad range of expertise and has gained a deep understanding of strategic consultative selling, team development, strong customer relationship formation, visible leadership, and more. Matt has a strong technology background and has specialized in designing global WANs, disaster recovery, virtualized cloud solutions, and cloud computing, among others. Besides, he has developed an extensive knowledge base of hardware and software aspects that support telecommunications, cloud computing, virtualization, and server architectures. Matt is an excellent communicator, fluent in Spanish, and knowledgeable in a variety of companies and their technology offerings.

Matt studied Business Management at California State University-Fullerton - College of Business and Economics. He has worked in various organizations, currently being the Manager Solutions Architects at Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company. Previously, he worked as the Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Services - Americas Regions at Square Enix, Manager of Pre-Sales Engineering at CenturyLink Business, Manager of Solutions Engineer and VP of Product Enhancements at SunGard Availability Services, Solutions Engineer at Comdisco Continuity Services, and Warehouse operations Manager at Forever Living Products Inc. Before venturing into technology sales support and leadership, Matt worked as a self-employed computer technician.
