John Herman is a seasoned leader with a passion for helping small business owners build successful and flourishing companies. With over 20 years of experience, he has owned and successfully grown multiple service-based businesses, including leading Epipheo from 0 to 80 employees and $12 million in annual revenue in only four years. After exiting Epipheo in 2016, John founded Worthy Endeavors, a consulting firm dedicated to helping small business owners understand their companies better and find success. John is also co-owner of Beyond Exercise, a Cincinnati-based health and wellness services provider. He serves on several boards, including the Goering Center for Family and Private Business and the Board of Directors for New Riff Distillery. John, together with his family, lives on a rural property in Burlington, KY, where they enjoy the outdoors, from agriculture to hiking. In 2020, John, together with his sons Matthew and Andrew, founded Perspective Media House, a business specializing in producing affordable, live-action videos for small businesses.
