Alexa Beavers is an experienced transformation leader, organizational development expert, and leadership coach with a successful track record in organizational transformation, program management, executive leadership development, and business process improvement. With a toolkit that includes Agile, Six Sigma, and Lean Enterprise disciplines, Beavers has a proven ability to develop and implement complex programs that positively impact business results. A trusted consultant, leadership coach, and global change leader, she connects across cultures and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels from the executive level to the shop floor.

Beavers studied Executive Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Teaching at Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at Virginia Commonwealth University. Before founding The Axela Group, she held leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health and Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals, where she was responsible for organizational development, integration, culture and change, and value chain management. Prior to this, she also held positions at LandAmerica and Manufacturers Services as an enterprise project manager and training supervisor, respectively.
