Faith Pella is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Digital Financial Services sector. Her passion lies in leveraging technology, specifically financial technology, to bring about positive change in society, focusing on Financial Inclusion and economic growth.

Faith holds a diverse educational background, including certificates in Digital Money, FINTECH, and Business Strategy from prestigious institutions like the Digital Frontier Institute, Harvard University, and the University of Virginia. She also completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.

Throughout her career, Faith has held key positions in renowned organizations, such as Millicom (Tigo) where she served as the HEAD OF MFS - CORPORATES, PARTNERSHIPS & GOVERNMENT. She has also been actively involved in the startup ecosystem, having been a Member of the Board of Directors at the Tanzania Startup Association and a Co-Founder of Kilimo Fresh Foods Africa LTD.

Faith's professional journey includes significant roles at CELLULANT CORPORATION, where she served as the Group Head of Risk Management & Internal Controls, Chief of Delivery and Operations in Nigeria, Country Manager in Tanzania, and Lead Product Manager at Cellulant Tanzania Limited. Throughout her various roles, Faith has been driven by a belief in the power of innovation through technology to revolutionize the payment industry and financial services landscape in Africa, with a focus on making a tangible impact on people's lives.
