Murray Ostberg is an inventor and electrical engineer from Nebraska. He studied at Southeast Community College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and has worked in various roles in software design, automated testing, and electronics engineering, including at Monsanto, EVA Sigal Systems, Lucent Technologies/AVAYA, and Vishay Dale Electronics, Inc. Ostberg's most notable achievement is inventing the "Store in the Floor Roll Top Topper," a vehicle topper that encloses a pickup truck's cargo bed while still providing convenient open access to the space. He filed the patent for this invention in 2011 and it was granted in 2013.
