Pedro Da Costa Carvalho is an experienced finance professional with a successful track record of launching, developing and exiting credit businesses and products. He has extensive expertise in several segments of the financial markets, including consumer credit, credit card, payroll lending, and SME lending. With his solid academic background, he holds a Masters at London Business School, Executive course at Fundação Dom Cabral and Kellogg, Specialisation in Finance at Coppead and Bachelors in Economics at PUC-RJ, Pedro is a results-driven leader with a customer-focused mind-set.

Pedro has led commercial teams, acquired, negotiated and managed relationships with large customers across the finance industry. He is a problem solver, highly organized and results-driven with a deep understanding of strategic planning, business planning, product and process redesign. Having trained and developed high performing teams, Pedro is known for his collaborative leadership style.
