Shiwei Luan is a highly qualified electrical engineer with extensive experience in digital and high-speed circuit design, system architecture, and power management. Luan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Tianjin University, as well as a Master's Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Tianjin University.

He has held positions at major companies including Apple, where he served as an Electrical Systems Engineer, and Micro-Vu, where he worked as an R&D Electrical Engineer. Luan also served as a Research Scholar at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Luan's broad skill set includes solid knowledge of high-speed circuit design and multi-layer PCB design and simulation, as well as deep expertise in digital system design with FPGA and MCU, power architecture, and power management design. He has full product development experience, from concept to prototype to production.
