- Co-managed the logistics of the WE Online Summit and personally hosted a week of live webinars (26 speakers in 5 days) on various topics of entrepreneurship for ~8000 women
-  Planned, coordinated and executed product marketing campaigns for new Thinkific features
-  Recorded instructional videos and wrote articles to showcase Thinkific's software
-  Analyzed legacy date-based onboarding messaging and developed a new events-based sequence using Intercom

Was originally hired to lead Customer Success for Buffer's new product, "Engage" but priorities shifted early on and I was kept on the core Buffer for Business product. Worked closely with a team of other CSMs to engage customers and ensure they had access to all necessary resources.

-  Assisted customers with a range of services: from demo calls to creating customized pricing plans, strategy development and technical troubleshooting
-  Proactively reached out with individual and automated content and messages to increase engagement
-  Sought out efficiencies to improve the internal CS communication and measurement processes

Worked one on one with our customers to understand their needs and solve their pain points so we could find ways to continuously delight them and use Unbounce to move them closer to their business goals.

-  Helped a portfolio of 100+ high value customers understand how Unbounce can help solve their marketing roadblocks
-  Collaborated with other teams to research and act on company-wide initiatives that affected customers (developed programs to reduce churn, encouraged upgrades, improved retention, etc.)
-  Followed up with downgrade survey feedback from our new and longtime customers
-  Personally interviewed active Unbounce users and collected feedback about what we are excelling at and what we needed to improve
-  Worked with Product team to develop comprehensive user personas and on other feature/usability issues, requests and opportunities
-  Researched and reported back on competitors and how we could differentiate ourselves

Unbounce

Used social media to educate and nurture an online community whose members champion the subjects we care about at Unbounce: landing pages, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and smart marketing.

-  Organized the first International Conversion Rate Optimization Day (CRO Day) for thousands of marketers (one of our best performing awareness campaigns with 13000+ registrants and 30.5 million tweet impressions)
-  Distributed owned and curated content on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google+ and managed community
-  Planned and executed multiple social promotions for marketing campaigns
-  Identified and managed new opportunities for exposure: potential blog contributors, partners, channels, speaking engagements, etc. as well as developed mutually beneficial partnerships

Acted as project and content co-manager of the Tourism Prince George websites (<a href="http://tourismpg.com">tourismpg.com</a> and <a href="http://takeonPG.com">takeonPG.com</a>), and continued to oversee all digital marketing activities (including community management).

Digital Content Strategist

Acted as the main contact for digital marketing activities and was the online/offline community manager.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Hired through their Youth Internship program. Worked with staff, volunteers and community members to strengthen community relations both inside and outside of the Family YMCA. Educated using promotions, relationships, partnerships and events to build a strong, healthy community.

-  Developed and maintained social media communications (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, YouTube)
-  Assisted in restructuring the navigation of the website to facilitate usability
-  Launched a research-based promotional campaign using online and print materials to establish a connection to local youth and identify their core needs
-  Created a "Book of Champions" to showcase the organization's accomplishments for use in formal presentations
-  Planned and executed an extension of the Y Champions branding image by setting up a photo/video shoot and integrating it with online channels
