With her strong technical skills and a deep understanding of hardware, electrical engineering, and systems, Etoli has led cross-functional teams in various projects from architecture and design concept, manufacturing, ship, to integration into the line.

Etoli has held numerous leadership positions in various organizations revolving around precision robotics and automation. She served as the Vice President of Sales at Owens Design, Director of Business Development at Owens Design, Senior Automation Technology Manager at Microsoft, Senior Director of Engineering at Brooks Automation, and Director of Hardware Engineering at Revera. Etoli has versatile hands-on and leadership skills and has managed small to medium-sized electrical and mechanical teams.

Etoli specializes in high precision electro-mechanical systems, successful implementation of customer's special requirements, and driving strategies to scale from pilot to full production. Besides, she has extensive experience in directed schedules, periodical technical reviews, and project implementation.

Education-wise, Etoli studied Master of Science, Masters in Engineering at the University of California, Davis, and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Ben - Gurion University of the Negev.
