Kiff Gallagher is a skilled and experienced executive who has worked across a variety of fields, including ESG, strategic communications, brand strategy, and general management. With a career spanning healthy food, beverage and lifestyle, management consulting, global development, investing, nonprofit management, politics and policy, music, and culture, Gallagher has dedicated her career to serving the greater good.

Currently serving as a senior advisor and operating executive at Califia Farms, a plant-based food and beverage company that recently closed a $225M funding round and underwent a CEO transition, Gallagher oversees communications, brand strategy, and organizational development. Prior to Califia, Gallagher served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Winrock International, where she managed business development, communications, government relations, and blended finance.

Gallagher's earlier roles include founding the Music National Service Initiative, managing strategic communications and impact at Odwalla Inc., and serving as the president of Social Venture Circle. Gallagher has advised C-level executives across various sectors, including at Discovery Communications, Thumbtack Inc, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Gallagher is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where she majored in History, Literature, Philosophy, and Moral Choice. She has also studied in Florence and Siena, Italy, where she focused on language, art history, politics, and culture.
