Brent Scotten is a seasoned Product Leader with a rich background of over 15 years in software, cloud, and managed IT services.

His expertise lies in product lifecycle management, product strategy and roadmap development, go-to-market strategy, content marketing, enhancing sales and partner enablement, and implementing agile principles.

Brent Scotten pursued his education with a focus on business and entrepreneurship, completing an MSBA in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University, a BBA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and obtaining a High School Diploma from Stevenson School (RLS).

Throughout his career, Brent has held key roles in renowned organizations like IBM and Rackspace, where he served as a Program Director for IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions Portfolio and Senior Product Manager for VMware Cloud Practice at Rackspace, the leading managed cloud company.

His experience also includes positions such as Solution Marketing Manager IV for Managed Private Cloud Portfolio and Product Marketing Manager for Hosted Private Cloud at Rackspace, showcasing his versatile skill set.

Brent Scotten has a strong background in diverse areas including founding the OpenStack LA User Group, executing product marketing responsibilities at DreamHost, and serving in various managerial and business development roles at companies like Manzanita Systems, Inc., Wave Three Software, Inc., Orange Micro, Inc., and Orangeware Corporation.
