Sanil Padiyedathu is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance. He obtained his BS in Management with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems from Binghamton University - School of Management and his JD from Boston University School of Law. Padiyedathu has worked with several prestigious organizations throughout his career, including Weil Gotshal and Manges, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Goldman Sachs as a Secondee. He has also served as Research Assistant to Professor Theodore E. Sims at Boston University School of Law and a Summer Legal Intern at Middlesex District Attorney's Office. Currently, Padiyedathu is serving as Counsel - Strategic Transactions (M&A Legal) at Verizon, where he focuses on M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and restructurings. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel - Proprietary M&A Legal and Vice President, Senior Counsel - Proprietary M&A Legal at Citi.
