EAM and ITSM Architect and Team leader.Duties in scope but not limited to apply to specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement and optimize the Enterprise Asset Management and IT Service Management systems that enable and support the business. Interacting with the customers and multiple internal IBM organizations to develop strategic direction, define scope, plan and deliver on assigned projects. Responsible for coordination and collaboration with others to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Monitor systems and team performance and analyze statistics to identify and resolve issues or improve performance. Follow and optimize ITIL process implementation.

Maximo EAM & ITSM, IS Architect

Worked as a team leader/senior consultant of implementations of IBM EAM Maximo, involved in mission critical projects for clients such as BAA, Gatwick, Ecovert, BOC, MRO, JP Morgan, Waternet, Emcor and many more. Participated in supporting client’s activities through critical phases ensuring that customers did not lose revenue.Traveled to clients in the UK and Europe to for pre-sales and implementation phases, including requirements workshops, project plans, as well being responsible of producing quality code in tight timescales.I was involved in all technical project phases, including design, implementation, testing and delivering the solutions, as well as direct communication with the client management.
