Tracy Podell, a Coaches Training International (CTI) certified executive coach, is a seasoned coach with extensive experience working with high-growth startups to scale their businesses. Tracy has worked with some of the most iconic startups including Slack, Dropbox, Headspace, and Uber Elevate as well as other companies in fintech, ad tech, SaaS, enterprise technology, subscription services, and entertainment/media sectors. Tracy leads management training programs in communication, team management, and leadership to elevate the coaching she provides to clients. Tracy's areas of expertise include executive leadership coaching, communication coaching, executive presence development, scaling startups, technology startups, digital media & entertainment, career coaching, and career transition coaching.

Tracy started working as an executive coach after spending her earlier days in marketing and production coordination. Her work experience includes leading marketing for PlutoTV, marketing managerial work for Chill.com where she helped scale their product to 20M users before their acquisition by Tinder, and founding the Career Reinvention Lab to support women in creating a career they love. Tracy is a CoActive Professional Coach Certified, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and has studied Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from New York University.
