Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including Senior Design Manager, Design Team Lead, and Design Lead, all at IBM Cloud. Before her tenure at IBM, Tessa served as the Sr. Manager of Design at Confluent. Additionally, she has interned at several prominent organizations such as YogiPlay, The Urban Times, and Smoky Mountain News.
