Having attended Noblesville High School for his high school education, Wickenkamp furthered his studies by earning a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington. He then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Throughout his career, Jayson Wickenkamp has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations. He served as the VP of Merchandising and Development at Fox Racing and previously as the VP of Merchandising, Business Unit Director - SHIFT MX, and Global Category Director - MX at the same company.

He also showcased his expertise as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Scorpion EXO, a Certified Sales Representative at Schuberth North America, a Brand Manager at Teton Outfitters / Klim, and in various roles as an Independent Sales Consultant at several reputable companies like Teton Outfitters / Klim, MTA West, One Industries, OGIO, and Scorpion EXO. Furthermore, he founded and led Adrenaline Junction.
