Paula Holst is an accomplished IT project manager, Scrum Master, digital marketer, and experienced traveler. With over a decade of experience in digital services development, she possesses a keen interest in disruptive innovation, data-driven management, and cultural aspects in user experience design. Paula graduated with a Master's degree from Malmö University and Lappeenranta University of Technology and has gained relevant skills and expertise in development sprint management (Scrum, SAFe), use case development, and requirements analysis, user testing, partnerships development, digital marketing, among others.

Paula has worked in several organizations, including CGI as a Project Manager, Seppo.io as a Product Owner, Startup Refugees as a Project Manager, and Fuzu Ltd as a Marketing Manager. Additionally, she has previously held talent manager and marketing specialist roles at Hammerkit Ltd and played a critical role in community representation at OrangeHRM.
