Craig K. Clement is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in technology, telecom, and oil exploration and production industries. He has held numerous executive and director positions in these fields, including being the founding CEO of GlobalSCAPE, Inc. and the former Chief Operating Officer of TSXV: DAP.U. Craig's expertise extends to asset management, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate finance, legal, business development, and investor relations.

Craig is currently the Executive Chairman of Digerati Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: DTGI) and formerly served as the CEO of Flagship Oil and Gas Corp. and as a consultant at Forge Energy, LLC and BP. He has also served as the President of Yucca Oil Company.
