Serena L. is an accomplished sales leader with more than 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry. She has a strong background in go-to-market strategy, customer success, and sales, which she developed through working with enterprise software, adtech, and marketplaces. Serena is highly passionate about facilitating revenue growth and improving customer retention, especially within startups. Serena studied Computer Science at Cornell University, and later went on to earn her MBA from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. Since then, Serena has held various roles at companies such as Yahoo, MediaMath, BenXL Technologies, and Callidus Software. She has also co-founded the company PIXAVO (now GoodPix) and is presently the New Ventures Advisor at Moderne Ventures.
