Tariq Sheikh is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and international trade. He is the founder and CEO of Postpay, a company that offers shoppers the ability to pay for their purchases in installments without interest or fees.

Tariq has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from ESADE Business & Law School and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town. He also earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on marketing and international trade from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

Before launching Postpay, Tariq worked as a seed consultant at the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He also held positions as the head of strategic acquisitions at Invest East Africa, a management consultant at Kearney, and the manager of business development at Emirates Gold Europe GmbH.

Tariq’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Goldqad (Pty) Ltd and also work as a portfolio analyst and investor relations specialist at SA Bullion. Tariq is always interested in meeting talented individuals who can contribute to Postpay's mission of making shopping more accessible.
