Head of Public Relations and Industry Analyst Relations for Enterprise, Small Business, Internet of Things, Wholesale & Wireline; reporting to the President.

Responsible for strategy and execution of all internal and external communications including written, social and creative for press announcements, blogs, keynote presentations, executive communication, intranet materials and more. Manage creative teams and agency to achieve successful execution of key business strategies.

Lead elevation of Sprint Business to a foundational element of the overall Sprint portfolio. Through strategic media and analyst relations, ensure a definable position is delivered to key audiences with messages that both elevate and promote the Sprint Business brand.

Develop, establish and execute the voice of Sprint Business across all key areas; working with key executives to connect the message with the audience.

Strategic lead for marquee events including: Mobile World Congress Americas 2017 and 2018, Consumer Electronic Show 2018 and 2019, Mobile World Congress (Barcelona) 2018 and 2019.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: strategy and implementation, fundraising,                     event coordination, donor cultivation, contract management, employee communications, management of volunteer groups exceeding 800 people and senior leadership engagement.

Launched Sprint Good Works, Volunteer Program
Sprint employees volunteered an estimated 200,000 community service hours in 2013.
Responsible for development of the Sprint Good Works brand, this has been adopted company-wide and expanded to represent the entire Corporate Responsibility platform.

Accountable for all community service based RFI inquiries, including executive communications to the Sprint Board of Directors and submittal to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and Civic 50.

Member of field PR team; responsible for media activity, including pitching and interviews in assigned markets.

Provide leadership through engagement with partner organizations like TAKE Defense, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Variety Children’s Charity, Royals Charities, Phoenix Family Housing, American Royal and United Way.

WISE (Employee Resource Group) Community Support Committee Lead; responsible for committee development, strategic plan and ERG officer partnership to impact key community initiatives. Committee has seen significant growth and engagement under my leadership.

Community Affairs Manager (Sprint, now part of T-Mobile)

Manage relationships with more than 200 unique nonprofit organizations nationally, including budget management of more than $1 Million (annual) in corporate sponsorships.

Collaborate and engage executives in support of community initiatives to maximize philanthropic efforts and build relationships with key strategic national and local partners.

Support funding decisions and audit processes for the Sprint Foundation resulting in more than $4 Million in funding (annual).

Promote positive brand awareness through PR campaigns and community outreach.

Editor of Sprint Good Works quarterly newsletter for all employees.
