Arianna Grand is a skilled social impact strategist with an impressive 8+ years of experience in education management, community economic development, and partnership building. With a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Communications Studies, and French Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, Arianna is highly educated in her field.

Arianna launched her career as a middle school math teacher and worked with 7th and 8th graders in Washington, DC. Her hands-on experience working with students ignited her passion for developing relationships with families and communities. This drive led her to her current role as a Managing Director on the Recruitment Team at Teach for America, where she oversees the recruitment of juniors and seniors from top universities in the Southeast.

Arianna's other work experience includes being a Sr. Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager at NYC Kids RISE, where she led key initiatives aimed at expanding college accessibility and economic opportunity in New York City. She also worked as a Talent Recruiter at Achievement First and served on the founding team of the AF University Prep High School.

Arianna's lifetime commitment to building relationships and civic engagement locally and nationally earned her certification as a mediator through Mediation Works, Inc. Her specialties in strategic planning, communications, and facilitation have gone on to provide high organizational impact. Her passion for student success through wrap-around engagement in- and outside of classrooms underscores her belief in the mission to help every child deserves to be given an equal opportunity.
