Belinda Luu is a senior executive attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in healthcare innovation, AI, complex technology transactions, Big Data governance and management, and IP for one of the largest healthcare non-profits with $84.5 billion operating revenues. She has negotiated upwards of $1.5 billion dollar technology deals and counseled clients ranging from Fortune 100 to early-stage companies in technology, healthcare, software, web-based, e-commerce, automotive, manufacturing, insurance, energy, banking, and financial industries. Luu is a strategic leader of data management and governance, leading a team of 12 attorneys and paralegals at Kaiser Permanente as their Senior Counsel. She has served as a Business Leadership Council member of the Asian Health Services and an advisory board member of CenterForce USA, Freeman Means Business, and the KP Asian Pacific Islander Association.
