Robert St-Jacques is a seasoned HR professional, transformation expert, and attorney with over 25 years of experience in a variety of fields, including labour and employment law, human resources, people and culture consulting, executive training, and agile change management. After completing his studies in law, politics, and international business, St-Jacques went on to work with some of the biggest companies in the world, including Depa, Koj Parsons Brinckerhoff, Twofour54, 7Geese, and Dignii. He's also a former university professor, having taught at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan. With a keen interest in digital transformation, tech stacks, evidence-based management, design thinking, and organisational development, St-Jacques is a leading authority on how businesses can better serve all stakeholders.
