With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer, Fougere has developed a passion for building and leading world-class sales teams while focusing on creating and executing go-to-market strategies that simultaneously maximize revenue, valuation, and customer loyalty.

Fougere's experience includes serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Datadog and the Head of Global Sales at Medallia, where he was responsible for managing global sales and driving customer growth. Before that, Fougere held several executive and leadership roles at Medallia, including VP North America Sales and VP Sales, East.

Additionally, Fougere has worked at BMC Software and BladeLogic, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the North America region. His experience also spans across the UK at Actuate and Parametric Technology Corp.
