Raymond's expertise in economic policy, technology, and innovation, as well as international affairs, has seen him author over 200 reports and articles on foreign affairs, international business, and economic policy. He is a frequent speaker on economic issues and is an active kayaker and runner, engaged in mountain, trail, and ultramarathon running.

Raymond Randolph's educational background boasts a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International Affairs from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, International Relations and Affairs from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
