Karthik Ajit Duddala is a seasoned global technology and digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technologies, IT, and customer experience. Duddala's career spans several industries and critical business functions, where he has garnered a reputation for delivering global programs with speed, quality, and within budgets. Duddala's expertise lies in driving innovation-based value creation, scaling businesses, and creating new business opportunities across different industries and technologies.

Duddala is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree. He has also studied several programs in entrepreneurship, including Entrepreneurship Development at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, the Startup Leadership Program, where he was a Fellow in 2018, among others.

In terms of his professional experience, Duddala has held several leadership positions across multiple organizations. He is presently the Senior Director IT & Global IT Services VMO at Parexel, where he focuses on digital transformation, IT operations, and enterprise technologies. Before joining Parexel, he co-founded and was CEO of ZIFA Embryology and Fertility Institute, and was also Director - Enterprise Application Engineering & Center Head at GE. Duddala has also worked at Motorola Solutions, Envitec Corp, and CommerceHub, among other prestigious organizations.
