Wendy Smith is a prominent academic and leader in the field of organizational behavior at the University of Delaware. She is also the co-founder and co-director of the Lerner Women's Leadership Initiative, which aims to empower women and create opportunities for them in the business world. Wendy is interested in exploring the concept of paradox and how leaders can embrace both sides of seemingly opposing principles to achieve peak performance.
