Sharron Berry is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in software procurement and software asset lifecycle optimization. Her extensive career in the industry includes working with various companies and clients worldwide, gaining diverse expertise and a passion for IT Service Management (ITSM). Sharron's career began after completing her education at the Auckland Institute of Technology, where she studied business. With this foundation, she went on to work with several notable companies, including Software Spectrum, Axon Computer Systems Ltd, and Microsoft New Zealand, where she spent nine years as Licensing Specialist and Software Assurance Program Manager. It was then that she discovered her interest in Software Asset Management (SAM), where she has continued to excel and currently serves as the SAM Consultant at Datacom, New Zealand. Her recent work there has extended her expertise from IT Hardware Asset Lifecycle services to ITSM. She has been part of the ITSM team for over 18 months, working with like-minded professionals to improve the services provided to clients. With a desire to consistently strive for excellence and a love for new technology changes, Sharron looks forward to meeting other passionate IT professionals.
