Karen Smith is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Feedback Solutions Inc., a cleantech company that provides real-time and anonymous occupant data for space utilization analytics and driving significant reductions in energy consumption and GHG emissions.

Karen has gained important portfolio management and cost containment insights through her previous roles. As AVP at Colliers International, Portfolio Manager for BMO's Corporate Real Estate team, and as a senior leasing and marketing executive for various prominent companies such as Oxford Properties, DREAM REIT, SmartCentres, and Manulife Financial, she has honed her skills in the real estate industry, making her a valuable addition to Feedback Solutions.

Karen's undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, majoring in Urban Development, has given her a solid foundation in the field. At Feedback Solutions, Karen leads the sales and marketing efforts, securing new high profile customers in key verticals and augmenting the company's 'go to market' strategy in the cleantech and proptech space.
