Cumhur Kilic is a highly qualified software engineer with years of experience in commercial and scientific programming. He has in-depth knowledge of object-oriented design and implementation in web and desktop applications. Kilic is skilled in various programming languages and has a talent for learning and adapting new technologies in a short amount of time. He excels at front-end development, having designed creative and professional GUIs. Additionally, he ensures optimal algorithms and applies appropriate design patterns to all software elements regardless of size.

He places a strong emphasis on documentation, equally cherishing it as software design and coding. Kilic has excellent communication and problem-solving skills that allow him to work as a valuable asset to teams or individually. He is self-driven and can take on roles with a higher level of responsibility. In his previous role as a teaching assistant at TOBB ETU, he was able to pass on his knowledge to new colleagues.

Kilic completed his BSc in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe Üniversitesi, followed by an MSc in Computer Engineering at TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi. He later received his PhD in Computer Science from Middle East Technical University.

He has worked for companies such as Aselsan, Cybersoft, Ekin-Safe City Technologies, and Hemosoft IT & Training Services Inc. Kilic has also been an intern for Argela Technologies and Oyak Teknoloji.
