Currently, Swapnil is the head of Customer Analytics at Indigo Ag, leading a team of data scientists to provide the company's go-to-market teams with a competitive edge through data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, and marketplace optimization.

Previously, Swapnil held roles as Lead Data Scientist and Project Leader at the BCG GAMMA team, a group of elite data scientists and consultants focusing on advanced analytics.
