Lilia Leye Shwartsman is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in financial systems and business intelligence. With 15 years of experience initiating and managing cross-company projects, Lilia has a proven track record of success in identifying business needs, designing solutions, and implementing them effectively.

Lilia has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, she has completed courses in entrepreneurship and startup at The Hive Accelerator and the Yazamiot course.

Lilia's passion for entrepreneurship led her to found Wis2Biz, where she currently serves as CEO. She previously held positions as Director at MICA AI Medical, Manager of BI department at Clal Insurance, BI Team leader at Union Bank of Israel, System Analyst and BI Team Leader at Menora Mivtachim Insurance, and Economist and System Analyst at the Planning and Controlling Department at The Phoenix Insurance Company.

Throughout her career, Lilia has demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. She excels in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system solutions. Her areas of expertise include data warehousing, OLAP cubes, dashboards, and reports, with a specific focus on financial and business analysis.
