Jim Retzlaff is an accomplished Controller and CFO with a diverse range of experience supporting top executives in making informed decisions. With extensive knowledge in accounting, budgeting, taxation, human resources, and administration, he has created an enabling work environment for businesses to succeed. Jim started his career at KPMG, where he obtained a CPA license before moving to private industry, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in accounting and finance.
Jim studied at the University of Oregon, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology before pursuing an Accounting degree at Southern Oregon University. He is currently the Controller at One Workplace and was formerly the Interim Controller at Tile. He has also worked as the Corporate Controller contracting consultant at RGP and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ardica Technologies. Additionally, he was the Corporate Controller at Provident Funding Associates.
