Martin Birmingham is a problem solver with a passion for creating solutions that increase efficiency and maximise return. With experience in successfully delivering multimedia global content management and workflow optimisation solutions, he has generated yearly revenues up to £1m per client. Martin is a certified and practising Agile Product Owner for large global organisations of varying industries, and a member of the Scrum Alliance. He studied at South East Essex Sixth Form College and St. Thomas More High School For Boys. Martin's tools throughout each working day include humour, logical reasoning, leading by example, transparency, seeking ways to improve, and issuing praise. He enjoys swimming, finding bargains, cycling, cooking meals from countries he hasn't visited yet, and giving people a voice. His interests also include reading, learning a new language, writing postcards, organising his digital photos, talking to strangers, and saving the environment. Martin currently serves as the Professional Services Manager for Europe at Adstream, having previously worked as their Global Solutions Architect, Professional Services Team Leader, and Acting Global Head of Solution Delivery. Before that, he was an Implementation Project Manager at Adstream, a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Atlas Computer Systems, and an IT Consultant/Project Manager at EOTIS.
