Michael Schaff is an experienced attorney with a specialization in investment management. He has provided legal counsel for various limited partner clients on different aspects of private equity fund and venture capital investments, such as fund formation, structuring, international taxation, corporate compliance, negotiations, and dispute resolution. Michael has also dealt with cases related to Advisers Act compliance and federal and state labor and employment matters. He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and holds degrees from Kyoto University and The University of Texas at Austin. Currently, he is serving as Assistant General Counsel at Vida Capital.
