Anurag Bhatia is an experienced business leader with over 22 years of experience in Business Process Services and Technology Services. Bhatia has held various leadership roles in Sales, P&L Management, Service Line leadership across industry verticals and geographies. He has worked with top private equity firms, General Atlantic, Warburg Pincus, and Blackstone, to drive business objectives ranging from start-up to scale and transforming the operating model for value creation.

Bhatia specializes in Business transformation, Sales and P&L management, Deal structuring, M&A carve-outs and integration, Scaling operations, and Business advisory. He brings with him unique experience in complex and transformational deal-making and operating efficiently with a focus on hyper-specialized growth pools.

Bhatia's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Delhi University. He also attended The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park, for high school.

Bhatia has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Mphasis, Accenture, WNS Global Services, IBM, and SAP. At Mphasis, he served as Head of Europe and Global Head of Service Transformation, Senior Vice President, and Global Head of Services and Transformation, and Senior Vice President, Global Head of Business Process Services. He also served as Market Maker (Sales Leader), Financial Services Outsourcing at Accenture and Senior Vice President, Head of Financial Services at WNS Global Services. Bhatia was also General Manager- Americas, Financial Services BPO, Director of Sales, Business Process Outsourcing, and Business Development Manager at IBM.
