Wellington golf course rebuilt by New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) as part of Transmission Gully.
- Project managed relaunch of golf club after $4 million rebuild.
- Oversaw significant marketing budget that included TV, radio, print, billboards, direct mail, web, social media and major events.
- Membership has increased by over 120%, green fee revenue by over 60%, and other revenue by over 30% on the previous year for the seven months since December 2015.

Oversee development of cricket in PNG through sustainable Game Development and High-Performance programs.
- Successfully lobbied PNG Government to allow Cricket to be the only organised sport played during the height of the Covid restrictions in 2021.
- Developed and implemented marketing strategy that resulted in unprecedented local and international media coverage and growth of social media (Facebook 23%, Instagram 50%).  Facebook reach grew by 234%, engagement 550%, and likes 523% in first three months.  Winner of ICC East Asia Pacific Digital Fan Engagement Award 2021.

- Led the High-Performance team to develop Talent Identification processes and training camps for the female and male players, including selection of Under 19 World Cup National Squads.

- Worked with regional cricket associations to improve their capabilities, including assisting with developing sponsorship plans and creating new local cricket offerings to support national programmes.

Great Potentials Foundation

Fundraising Manager

Responsible for development and implementation of community development programmes adapting to the increasing diversity of Auckland and the challenges traditional sports are facing, including declining youth participation.
- Led development of BatFirst programme that helps children in low decile schools to have better sporting and physical activity opportunities.  For 2019/2020 we expect to deliver to approximately 6,000 children that would not have otherwise had access to cricket.
- Working with College Sport, developed boys and girl’s youth cricket strategies that articulate both participation and performance pathways to address the decline in youth participation.
- Developed multiyear age group representative cricket strategy with the removal of early stage representative cricket.
- Overseeing introduction of age group development camps using constraints and implicit based coaching designed with the help of NZC, AUT and Dr Ian Renshaw.
- Adapted and developed Cricket Victoria’s Social Sixes programme for Auckland.
- Developing NZC Yeah! Girls initiative for relaunch 2019/2020 .
- Managing individual club Community Engagement Plan development to align Auckland clubs with the changing demographics of their communities and with Local Board priorities.
- Managing programmes to develop new cricket clubs in fast growing areas of Auckland.  Flat Bush Cricket Club formed 2019.
- Developed and received funding for new intermediate initiatives including a Year 7/8 School Indoor Cricket competition, Waitakere Indian Association Superstar Academy and a joint Golf and Cricket secondary school development initiative.
- Developed partnerships with other sports, including Football and Hockey, to establish links between sports codes at club level to increase opportunities for participation.
- Developing commercial and community connection for the 2019/2020 season, including new theme days for Super Smash home games that celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and refugees.

Auckland Cricket Association

Community Development Manager

Managed and enhanced development of grassroots cricket in Auckland, including community development initiatives.
- Responsibility for all club competitions with 817 teams playing for 2018/2019.
- Managed Club is the Hub programme with 16 Cricket Clubs that monitors and assists clubs to achieve sustainable success.
- Oversaw implementation of NZC Age and Stage in junior cricket, the biggest change in junior cricket formats ever undertaken in NZ.
- Lead NZC Yeah! Girls pilot programme in Auckland, alongside club contestable funded female initiatives.
- Oversaw contestable ethnic funding initiatives and joint Aktive Targeted Populations Grant initiatives that has resulted in improved understanding and participation of communities.
- Formed relationship with RASNZ (Refugees as Survivors New Zealand) to provide meaningful cricket sessions for new refugees as they adapt to life in New Zealand.
- Facilitated partnership with international associations that has led to meaningful exchanges for players and administrators.
- Implemented strategies with College Sport to address decline in youth participation, including changes to Premier First XI formats to align with Clubs.
- Introduced club based Midweek modified formats to address decline in youth participation, which in the first full season attracted 130 teams.
- Revamped school awareness sessions to focus on developing a love for cricket and fundamental movement instead of overemphasis on technical skill development.
- Led efforts to establish links between outdoor and indoor cricket, including development of club based junior pilot competition with five clubs involved.
- Establishment of Coach Development Manager role and strategies that have resulted in over 900 registered coaches for the 2018/2019 season being in our database.
- Oversight of umpiring programme that saw growth of umpires to 138 for the 2018/2019 and trialed innovations including “ump cam” at club cricket level.

- Successfully lobbied for Auckland Council Property funding to build new cricket nets at Metro Park in 2017 with a budget of $135,000.
- Member of Metro Park working group, helping to achieve vision that aligns multiple sports, with key outcomes of a clubhouse and multisport indoor training facility.
