Eric Maloney, a highly accomplished Inside Sales professional with over 12 years of experience in SMB, Public Sector, Service Provider, and Software Annuities industries, has been voted one of the Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals by AA-ISP. He is a co-founder and President of the Northeast Wisconsin AA-ISP Sales Chapter. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Eric is currently working with Concentrix Sales and Marketing team as a Solutions Director for Technology Vertical where he helps clients develop digital and live agent solutions. In his previous roles, he has managed $400M+ in annual revenues and achieved 111% to plan. He has also led an improvement in software annuities and licensing renewal rates for clients, resulting in incremental revenues of over $100M in 2 years. He offers thought leadership on customer experience, digitization, and outcome leadership.

Eric has attended multiple AA-ISP Sales Conferences and completed several professional trainings such as Sandler, Mandel Communications, SRG International, and Convergys Leaders as Coaches. He is also an NFL owner of the Green Bay Packers.
