Paul Canty is a highly accomplished business leader, Managing Director and board advisor, with a successful track record in managing teams, developing robust strategy, and building financial health into businesses, specializing in digital technology. An alum of the prestigious Central Saint Martins School of Art, Paul has had a successful career in the digital world. He founded Preloaded, a multi-faceted creative studio that primarily focuses on game development, and has led the business through a successful acquisition process that culminated in it becoming part of the Learning Technologies Group. During his fifteen-year tenure at Preloaded, Paul has improved efficiencies, increased profitability, and won a substantial haul of industry awards including BAFTA’s, BIMA’s, and Serious Play awards.

Paul’s motivation stems from working with brilliant and passionate people, creating products or services to help people and improve lives. He is a former business mentor at Accelerator Academy, a former Global HQ Core Team member at Techfugees, and has worked with several leading digital media agencies such as Ogilvy Interactive and Wunderman, among others. With a degree in Fine Art/ Painting from Central Saint Martins School of Art and a Business mentor background, Paul is an expert in managing creative teams and developing compelling digital strategies to push businesses to new heights.
