Alex has a Bachelor's Degree in HTS Technische Bedrijfskunde from Hogeschool Alkmaar and a Master's Degree in Bedrijfskunde from the University of Groningen.

He has worked as a remote team-building facilitator at Windshift Catalyst Netherlands and has previously served as the Chief Play Officer, Entrepreneur, Instructor, and Host at Windshift Catalyst Netherlands. Before his current work, Alex honed his mentoring and training skills as an instructor and trainer at Zeilschool de Vinkeveense Plassen and as a management trainee at ORMIT.
