Nancy Le
Nancy Le, a seasoned public health professional with fifteen years of expertise in organizational development, policy, research, and systems change initiatives, has made a name for herself in the governmental, health, social service, and education sectors. With a strong focus on advancing equity and process improvement, she provides facilitation and strategic planning support to organizational leaders to translate strategic priorities into measurable action plans. She also convenes and facilitates diverse constituent groups to promote effective organizational effectiveness, maximum resource utilization while reducing health disparities.
Nancy has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the Portland State University School of Community Health and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, German Studies; minor in Education from the University of Portland.
With her extensive experience in strategic planning, network mapping, stakeholder engagement, organizational development, continuous improvement methodology, program management, group facilitation, public speaking, research and evaluation, and her proficiency in Russian, German, and basic Spanish; Nancy is a valuable asset to any organization.
