Lea Terzakis is a passionate leader dedicated to serving others and building strong relationships that drive effectiveness with customers, talent management and business results. With a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Miami University, Lea has an impressive background in talent strategy development, human capital and workforce planning, program management, career development, and change management. Drawing on her experience as an HR business partner and staff manager at Allstate, Lea developed skills in project management, process improvement, and strategic development and execution, earning her the respect of top-tier organizations. A former learning and organizational effectiveness practitioner at Northwestern, Lea is currently a consultant at Strategic Talent Solutions. Her other experience includes roles such as a project lead in strategic workforce planning at Allstate, a marketing analyst and project manager in Allstate's Leadership Development Program, and an HR intern at Spencer Stuart. She has also served as a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and as Vice President of Public Relations at Kappa Alpha Theta.
