Jason Joven is a music data insights manager at Chartmetric, where he combines his music background with an eye for cultural insight and data analytics to create actionable decisions via special client projects, deep-dive articles, podcast episodes, and product development. He has worked on data teams within Warner Music Group, Live Nation, and Songtrust. Joven completed two master's degrees at New York University in music business and data focus, and pop culture analytics. Additionally, Joven earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois. Prior to his music business career, Joven served in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Intelligence Officer. In his free time, Joven enjoys exploring new music gear, bubble tea, and electric skateboards.
