Megan’s expertise lies in defining strategic direction, translating it into operational processes, and empowering cross-functional teams to consistently deliver results. As a former Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey and Mercer County Community College, Megan also has a passion for mentoring and nurturing talent.
